Walk into Mr. Monson’s eighth grade science class at Oquirrh Hills Middle School and you will experience excitement that is contagious. It’s all thanks to this teacher who was awarded a $500 grant from the Jordan Education Foundation to purchase an iPad 2.   He’s putting it to use educating kids in a creative way, using applications that take teaching in Mr. Monson’s class to a new level.
