Jan. 24, 2012 Board Meeting Summary

Boundary Hearing
After a brief summary of previous public meetings, discussions, surveys and considerable public input, the Board took under advisement the recommended proposal of boundary option C that changes boundaries between Eastlake, Welby, Daybreak and Rose Creek Elementary Schools. The Board will continue to accept public input and may make a final decision Feb. 14, based upon feedback provided by parents in the affected areas, future enrollment projections and its impact on the number of students and schools. This change is necessary to accommodate growth at Eastlake Elementary and will take effect the beginning of the 2012-13 school year.
