All positions require a high school diploma or the equivalent and competence in reading, writing, math and interpersonal skills. In the absence of qualified candidates for positions requiring formal training, the administration may re-open the application process, substitute experience for formal training, or leave the position vacant. Testing may be part of the interview process.
