Thank you for your interest in Jordan School District.

You will note that we require the following items to complete your application:

	An official transcript showing your degree and date of degree.
	A copy of your placement file, including all student teaching evaluations, sent to us from your graduating university placement center (a transcript is not included in this file). If you have had previous teaching experience, a letter of recommendation from each principal you worked for, or District evaluations, are required. These may be sent in place of the student teaching evaluations.
	A copy of your valid Utah Teaching License.

Jordan School District is interested in interviewing licensed personnel with ESL training. Please indicate on your application if you have, or are willing to obtain, an ESL endorsement.
