To register by mail:

1. Complete a registration form for each class desired. Duplicate the form printed below if registering for more than one class. Be sure to provide all information requested.

2. Prepare a check or money order for the cost of tuition. Make the check payable to JORDAN SCHOOL District. (A $25 service charge will be assessed on all checks returned for lack of funds.)

3. Mail the registration and tuition check to the program coordinator at the school where the class is offered. (See the directory of Class Locations). Consumer and Family Education classes need to be mailed to 825 East 9085 South, Sandy, UT 84094. Do not mail registration forms to the District Office. Mail-in registration is not available for Jordan Family Education, Southpointe High School, and Community Swimming Programs. You must register at the pool. Mail in forms are not accepted.
