Student
success is the bottom line for Jordan School District.
Classroom teachers assess student learning every
day, both formally and informally. Classroom discussions,
quizzes, homework, reports and projects are among
the tools used to gauge each student’s progress.
In addition, a rigorous, comprehensive program of
state assessment and national standardized tests
measuring student progress gives us the information
we need to help improve student achievement. It’s
a real tribute to students, parents, volunteers,
administrators and teachers that Jordan District
students consistently score at or above state and
national averages on these tests.
