Over the last two years, Jordan School District has added nearly 1,300 new students to its rolls. But despite the challenges this growth brings, dedicated employees, students and parents continue to exceed expectations in educating our students--test scores are on the rise, dropout rates are on the decline and our graduating seniors are earning millions in scholarships to propel them into higher education.

So, it is with great pride we present the Jordan School District Annual Report for the 2003-04 school year. On these pages you'll find important details about the finances, programs, staff and students of Jordan School District. In addition, individual school U-PASS report cards are available by clicking on the “Testing” link. These report cards, prepared by the Utah State Office of Education, show test scores, class sizes, educational level of staff and other important information for each school in the District.

Jordan School District Mission
The mission of Jordan School District is to serve students by providing opportunities for them to realize their potential as contributing citizens and life-long learners. In cooperation with students, parents and community, we are committed to helping each student acquire academic skills, prepare for the world of work, and develop attributes of citizenship necessary in a democratic society. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe environment that promotes individual responsibility, personal achievement, and respect for all individuals.
