ABOUT
BELL VIEW
Bell View Elementary, located in south Salt Lake County, enjoys a beautiful view of the Bell Canyon area of the Wasatch Mountains. The school serves students from kindergarten through sixth grade. The school’s mission is to provide students with the basic skills necessary to further their education and to function with self confidence in a diverse society. Bell View patrons live in well-established, middle income, suburban neighborhoods. Exemplary teachers assess the needs and capabilities of each student and then provide appropriate, challenging curriculum and learning experiences. In addition to a strong foundation of basic skills, several programs are in place to meet the needs of accelerated students. Our special education team provides remedial help where needed.
Bell View has high academic expectations for students and values a strong staff and a supportive community. Parents are encouraged to be involved in school, and teachers communicate regularly with parents through student planners, home contacts, and parent-teacher conferences. Bell View has an active Parent-Teacher Association and School Community Council.
